d34ac0c87d Make log() use the FmtString infrastructure. 
Now `log()` supports `std::string`.

We have to fix a few places where the format parameter was not a compile time constant.
This is mostly trivial.

equiv_simple: Avoid std::array 
VS build currently failing with `error C2641: cannot deduce template arguments for 'std::array'`.
Changing to `std::array<Cone, 2>` gives `error C2027: use of undefined type` instead.

equiv_induct: Add -set-assumes option 
Uses mostly the same code as equiv_simple, but the assumes are already being imported so long as they're in the selection, so it's even easier.

Based on existing code for input cone and the `sat` handling of `-set-assumes`.
Update `equiv_assume.ys` to use `-set-assumes` option.

4c96546717 equiv_simple: Take FFs into account for driver map 
This fixes an issue introduced in commit 26644ea due to which flip-flops
are inadvertently ignored when building up driver map. The mentioned
commit wasn't without functional change after all.

dbf11da50a equiv_simple: Do not special-case flip-flop types in cone expansion 
If there's an asynchronous flip-flop type, it will be caught by not
having a synchronous SAT model later on. Otherwise we can support all
flip-flops.

26644ea779 equiv_simple: Drop hollow conditional 
All the listed flip-flop types would be known cells, so the extra part
of the conditional is without effect.

381ce66f58 Revert "Merge pull request #641 from tklam/master" 
This reverts commit 08be796cb8, reversing
changes made to 38dbb44fa0.

This fixes #2728. PR #641 did not actually "fix" #639.

The actual issue in #639 is not equiv_make, but assumptions in equiv_simple
that are not true for the test case provided in #639.

fbf5d89587 equiv_make: Add -make_assert option 
This adds a -make_assert flag to equiv_make. When used, the pass generates
$eqx and $assert cells to encode equivalence instead of $equiv.
