There are some leftovers, but this is an easy regex-based approach that removes most of them.

d34ac0c87d Make log() use the FmtString infrastructure. 
Now `log()` supports `std::string`.

We have to fix a few places where the format parameter was not a compile time constant.
This is mostly trivial.

test_cell: Support more cell types 
Still unsupported:
- wide muxes (`$_MUX16_` and friends)

Partially supported types have comments in `test_cell.cc`.

Fix `CellTypes::eval() for `$_NMUX_`.
Fix `RTLIL::Cell::fixup_parameters()` for $concat, $bwmux and $bweqx.

register.h: Add internal_flag to Pass 
Update experimental pass warnings to use a shared function.  Reduces repetition, and also allows all of the warning flags to be combined (which at present is just experimental and the new internal).
Update `test_*` passes to call `internal()` in their constructors.

652a1b9806 macc: Stop using the B port 
The B port is for single-bit summands. These can just as well be
represented as an additional summand on the A port (which supports
summands of arbitrary width). An upcoming `$macc_v2` cell won't be
special-casing single-bit summands in any way.

In preparation, make the following changes:

 * remove the `bit_ports` field from the `Macc` helper (instead add any
   single-bit summands to `ports` next to other summands)

 * leave `B` empty on cells emitted from `Macc::to_cell`

00e7dec7f5 Replace "ILANG" with "RTLIL" everywhere. 
The only difference between "RTLIL" and "ILANG" is that the latter is
the text representation of the former, as opposed to the in-memory
graph representation. This distinction serves no purpose but confuses
people: it is not obvious that the ILANG backend writes RTLIL graphs.

Passes `write_ilang` and `read_ilang` are provided as aliases to
`write_rtlil` and `read_rtlil` for compatibility.

916028906a Ensure \A_SIGNED is never used with $shiftx 
It has no effect on the output ($shiftx doesn't perform any sign
extension whatsoever), so an attempt to use it should be caught early.

This was made an explicit error in e97e33d, "kernel: require \B_SIGNED=0
on $shl, $sshl, $shr, $sshr.".

Add flooring division operator 
The $div and $mod cells use truncating division semantics (rounding
towards 0), as defined by e.g. Verilog. Another rounding mode, flooring
(rounding towards negative infinity), can be used in e.g. VHDL. The
new $divfloor cell provides this flooring division.

This commit also fixes the handling of $div in opt_expr, which was
previously optimized as if it was $divfloor.

in several languages, but this name is ambiguous).
