972f4a9616 Allow redefining binary and data install locations. 
Add three more Makefile variables in addition to PREFIX:

$ make BINDIR=/.../bin LIBDIR=/.../lib DATDIR=/.../share/yosys

The defaults are:

BINDIR = $(PREFIX)/bin
LIBDIR = $(PREFIX)/lib
DATDIR = $(PREFIX)/share/yosys
