bccadedfee instead of building axiom (=> x y), build (or (not x) y) 
this may be a bug in Z3 as it suggests that implications are ignored
e.g. I can assert the axiom (=> true false) and Z3 is okay with this

this means that we'll always have (Concat a b)
instead of variadic forms
