Could you review and maybe make this much more streamlined?
The patch is to simply bail out the iterator if it fails to find canonical monics.
If m_ff could produce the existing canonical monics up front this kind of bail-out could maybe avoided.

clean up CMake code (#5182) 
* CMake: simplify FindGMP.cmake

Remove printing of all the different variables, and let FPHSA output the library
name. Add an imported target, which bundles the library and the include
directories for easier usage.

* fix build: vector::c_ptr() now is vector::data()

* CMake: use Threads::Threads imported module

Otherwise the setting of THREADS_PREFER_PTHREAD_FLAG has no effect.

* CMake: remove needless policy setting

The minimum required version is CMake 3.4, where these policies are already set
to new because they were introduced earlier.

* CMake: remove needless variable expansion

overloading resolution has evolved a bit given how it inter-operates with automatic insertion of coercions, instantiation of polymorphic data-types, arrays as function spaces and other goodies. This is a rewrite of overloading resolution to disentangle the main components and allow them to cascade to give room for each-other.

underlying issue is that model updates for multi-objective and single objective solving are too brittle to serve its use cases among different plugins.
For maxlex, the last model is always the best and it doesn't use multiple objectives.

zstring: fix encode rountrip for '\' as printable ASCII (#5120) 
This fixes encode roundtripping for all printable ASCII characters.
In particular, this now leaves a plain '\' untouched by the
encoding logic, instead of converting it to escaped hex-digits.
It also adds unit testing covering this specific zstring encoding
property, in order to avoid future regressions.

dont run atexit handlers as its not safe to do so with multiple threads
code might be inside malloc, for example, and glibc tries to cleanup its heap
state with an atexit handler
