Clean up the code up to Yosys standards. Drop detection of
QL_DSP2_MULTADD in io_regs since those cells can't be inferred with
the current flow anyway.
In preparation for substantial expansion of CXXRTL's runtime, this commit
reorganizes the files used by the implementation. Only minimal changes are
required in a consumer.
First, change:
-I$(yosys-config --datdir)/include
to:
-I$(yosys-config --datdir)/include/backends/cxxrtl/runtime
Second, change:
#include <backends/cxxrtl/cxxrtl.h>
to:
#include <cxxrtl/cxxrtl.h>
(and do the same for cxxrtl_vcd.h, etc.)
Generalize what was formerly the unsigned-only architecture to support
both signed and unsigned multiplication, use that as default, and set
aside the special low-power architecture that was formerly used for
signed multipliers.
Makefiles now have `clean` target.
Also fixed top level makefile calls to images directory.
More yosys scripts instead of inline yosys commands in makefiles (which also means they can be included in the accompanying document when talking about the image generated).
Fixed another couple image generators that were still outputting pdf directly.
Fixed some hanging image references which hadn't been updated.
Adjusted some text related to images, and included a couple more intermediate images on `memdemo`.

Also updates `scripting_intro.rst` to use literal includes, and uses individual image outputs to avoid the intermediary `.tex` file to join them all.
Code now resides in `docs/source/code_examples`.
