There are some leftovers, but this is an easy regex-based approach that removes most of them.

d34ac0c87d Make log() use the FmtString infrastructure. 
Now `log()` supports `std::string`.

We have to fix a few places where the format parameter was not a compile time constant.
This is mostly trivial.

cmdref: Assigning cmds to formal group 
Give formal index a proper title.
Use `Pass::formatted_help()` to assign the group, but still return `false` because the help text still comes from `Pass::help()`.
Tidy up some of the affected files' includes to make use of the shared `yosys.h` includes.

a4eb7e41c0 Add extra time at the end of a sat VCD trace 
Otherwise the final values will not show up in gtkwave waveforms
when looking at the generated traces.

8767ec3fbd Add a few more filename rewrites 
This now allows a full pipeline to work, something such as:
yosys -p "synth_ecp5 -json ~/work/fpga/prjtrellis/examples/ecp5_evn/blinky.v"

Otherwise, you will get something along the lines of:
ERROR: Can't open output file `~/work/fpga/prjtrellis/examples/ecp5_evn/blinky.v' for writing: No such file or directory

3aa4484a3c Consistent use of 'override' for virtual methods in derived classes. 
o Not all derived methods were marked 'override', but it is a great
  feature of C++11 that we should make use of.
o While at it: touched header files got a -*- c++ -*- for emacs to
  provide support for that language.
o use YS_OVERRIDE for all override keywords (though we should probably
  use the plain keyword going forward now that C++11 is established)
