Two fixes for mbp_dt_tg::apply() when encountering an accessor whose
argument has a different constructor in the model:
1. Don't call rm_accessor (which would assert a contradictory
recognizer, making the formula false). This prevents the original bug
where QEL returned 'false' for satisfiable formulas.
2. Branch on the model-assigned constructor for the accessor's argument.
The correct output should include the literal introduced in (2).
However, this fix does not produce it. Spacer is sound with this
over-approximation, as long as the counter example does not depend on
value of mismatched accessors (e.g. (tl nil)).

When a monic x*y has a factor x with mod(x, p) = 0 (fixed), propagate
mod(x*y, p) = 0. This enables Z3 to prove divisibility properties like
x mod p = 0 => (x*y) mod p = 0, which previously timed out even for
p = 2. The lemma fires in the NLA divisions check and allows Gröbner
basis and LIA to subsequently derive distributivity of div over addition.
Extends division tuples from (q, x, y) to (q, x, y, r) to track the
mod lpvar. Also registers bounded divisions from the mod internalization
path in theory_lra, not just the idiv path.

Adds src/test/fpa.cpp with test_fp_to_real_denormal() exercising the
bug reported in the issue: denormal floating-point values in
(_ FloatingPoint 2 24) were getting wrong fp.to_real values because
mk_to_real was not subtracting the normalization shift lz from the
exponent.
Tests verify:
- The specific denormal from the bug report is NOT > 1.0
- Two other denormals have correct real values (0.5 and 0.125)
- A normal value is correctly identified as > 1.0

plugin setting allows adding equality saturation within the E-graph propagation without involving externalizing theory solver dispatch. It makes equality saturation independent of SAT integration.
Add a special relation operator to support ad-hoc AC symbols.
This fixes encode roundtripping for all printable ASCII characters.
In particular, this now leaves a plain '\' untouched by the
encoding logic, instead of converting it to escaped hex-digits.
It also adds unit testing covering this specific zstring encoding
property, in order to avoid future regressions.
