- Add the sequence power operator `seq.power` (`str.power` on strings): `s^n` is the n-fold
concatenation of `s` and the empty sequence for `n <= 0`. It is available over SMT-LIB,
as `Z3_mk_seq_power` and in the C++, .NET, Java, OCaml, Python and JavaScript bindings.
The rewriter expands powers up to an exponent of `rewriter.max_power_expansion`.
