Add comprehensive tests for array partial equality (array_peq)
- Implemented comprehensive test suite for src/ast/array_peq.cpp core functionality - Coverage improvement: 4% → 97% (68/70 lines), +65 lines covered - Tests exercise meaningful Z3 array theory logic following maintainer feedback - Three test functions cover: basic functionality, multiple indices, edge cases - Tests core concepts: partial equality creation, conversion to standard equality, index handling, auxiliary constants, caching behavior 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.ai/code) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
