well, code.forgejo.org is down as of writing, so I'm making mirrors so we can still use CI even if the upstream is down, it'll just use something slightly out-of-date.

I haven't overridden git submodules or changed download URLs though (none of the stuff CI uses from code.forgejo.org needs any of that), I may get around to that later.

I put the mirrored repos in the mirrors organization
